ABOUTS US
Phoenix Santorini Villa is located in a small quiet village named Katoikies near the city of Fira. A family run business that has been providing accommodation to tourists from all over the world over the last 20 years.
Our apartments include eight fully equipped studios and an outdoor swimming pool area, with the upper floor apartments offering beautiful sea views of the island of Anafi.
BREAKFAST
Upon request, we offer a rich breakfast based on the Greek & Mediterranean cuisine, which varies every day. The breakfast comes with an additional extra cost.
LOCATION
Our apartments are just a stones throw away from Fira town, approximately a 2 minute walk to get into town and approximately ten to fifteen minutes walking distance from the main square of Fira. The local bus station is approximately a ten minute walk from our apartments and a 10 minute drive from Santorini Airport.
TRANSPORTATION & RENTALS
During the peak months of summer, getting transportation is a major issue. For that reason, we highly recommend our guests arrange a shuttle in advance, especially if it concerns transportation from/to the port of Athinios. To facilitate our guests we collaborate with excellent transfer companies and offer transfers to and from the airport upon request.
EXCURSIONS
The island of Santorini offers an abundance of places to visit, from stunning views to adventurous activities like the famous hiking route from Fira to Oia. However, the most famous of them all is without a doubt the Volcano. Visit us in the reception area where we can offer you a variety of excursions including boat cruises to the volcano, hot springs and Thirassia, as well as, helicopter tours, private bus tours and many more.
